What this site is

Food Business Corridor is an informational directory. We help food businesses discover commercial kitchens, commissaries, and official vendor opportunities in the Philadelphia, South Jersey, and Baltimore region, and we point you to the facility's own contact details so you can deal with them directly.

What this site is not

• We are not a booking platform, broker, or agent for any facility.
• We do not verify licensing, insurance, health-department status, or safety of any listed facility.
• We do not guarantee availability, pricing, or terms. "Taking inquiries" and "Waitlist" reflect the last information provided to us, not current capacity.
• Nothing here is legal, financial, or regulatory advice.

Your responsibility

Before renting, signing, or operating, verify directly with the facility and your licensing authority: current availability and pricing; the facility's licenses and insurance; whether the facility satisfies your jurisdiction's commissary or base-of-operations requirements; and every fee and term of any agreement.

Where listing data comes from

Listings are built only from official public sources, a facility's own public website, or direct owner submissions. Each record stores its source and a last-confirmed date. We do not scrape map platforms or copy photos or reviews. Listings marked "Sample" are demonstration placeholders and do not describe real facilities.

Corrections policy

• Anyone may report an error using the Report an update form — no account needed.
• Facility owners may claim their listing and control its facts.
• Reported closures and safety-relevant errors are prioritized; we aim to review within a few business days.
• Listings that cannot be re-confirmed for an extended period have stale details (like pricing) removed rather than left to mislead.
• Corrections are always free. Payment never influences facts.

Sponsorship disclosure

Featured listings and sponsor boxes are paid placements and are always labeled. Payment buys position and styling — never facts, endorsements, or removal of accurate information.

Privacy

This site has no accounts, no tracking of individuals, and no sale of personal data. Forms you submit go to our review inbox and are used only to maintain the directory. Contact details published in listings are business contact details provided by the facility or its own public website.

Liability

The site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on directory information, for the acts or omissions of any listed facility, or for the content of external sites we link to.
