What this site is
Room for the Moment is an informational directory of party rooms and small event spaces in the Philadelphia, South Jersey, and Baltimore region. We collect practical details and point you to each venue's own contact information so you can deal with the venue directly.
What this site is not
- Not a booking platform, agent, or broker — we take no payments and hold no dates.
- Not a guarantee of price, availability, capacity, policy, or condition of any venue.
- Not a review site — we publish facts venues can confirm, not opinions.
Prices and details can change
Every listing shows a last-confirmed date and a price label (published / range reported / ask venue). Between confirmations, anything can change. Confirm every detail — price, fees, deposit, capacity, alcohol policy, accessibility, end time — directly with the venue before signing or paying anything.
Where data comes from
Venue websites and direct owner submissions only, with a stored source for each listing. Photos are owner-supplied or clearly marked placeholders. We do not scrape marketplaces or review platforms. Listings marked "Sample" are demonstration placeholders, not real venues.
Corrections
Anyone can report an error. Owner claims and safety-relevant corrections are prioritized. Corrections are always free, and payment never changes facts.
Sponsorship disclosure
Featured listings and sponsor placements are paid and always labeled. Payment buys position, never facts or endorsements.
Privacy
- No accounts, no ad trackers, no sale of personal data.
- Your shortlist is stored only in your own browser — we never see it.
- Form submissions go to our review inbox and are used only to maintain the directory.
- Fonts load from Google Fonts, which may see standard request data (like your IP) when the page loads.
Liability
The site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions made in reliance on listing information, for the acts or omissions of any venue, or for external sites we link to.
